The location provided convenient access to public transport. saving ME money on taxis.
The staff said they were fully booked, SO changing rooms wasn't an option. the housekeeping seemed a bit off. Basic things like refilling shampoo weren't done without me asking. IT was quite a letdown.

The staff at breakfast were very kind especially. The reception staff was also helpful. They changed our room to better accommodate us with kids. Good facilities existed at the hotel also.
The room carpet looked old and stained. The bathroom soap and shower gel were running low. These items were not recharged . I expected better upkeep for the price i paid.
