The staff were helpful. They were always quick to respond to any questions. The location was also good. It was easy to get to many attractions from there.
The room size was smaller. I felt quite cramped in the space. The soundproofing was not ideal. I could hear noise from the street quite clearly.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very central location, convenient for sightseeing. I found the room spacious. The bathroom had a shower over the bath.
The room was pretty small. I also noticed that it was not cleaned very well. There was dust and stains everywhere and no mini bar.

The location is fantastic. I liked being close to the metro stations (Saint Lazare and Ĺiège stations). The room included a mini fridge. I found several cafes and bistros nearby.
