mediocre stay

small bathroom stained quilt cover

the location was convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions.

The room felt cramped and lacked adequate space.. the bathroom was especially small. i also found the cleanliness to be subpar. There were stains on the quilt cover upon arrival. i informed the front desk, but the issue wasn't properly addressed .

unannounced entrance dirty towels

the hotel is close to main transport hubs like gare du nord and st lazare it was acceptable

the cleaning lady entered my room without knocking one day another day towels were removed without replacements when i asked for new towels at the reception i received dirty ones this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable i expect better hygiene standards.

fantastic stay near opera

superb location friendly staff useful television

the hotel's location was superb for exploring major attractions. i found it very convenient to reach shopping areas and the opera house. the friendly staff stored my luggage after checkout which i needed. the room offered a television too
