the staff were very helpful! the gentleman at reception gave me a fantastic dinner recommendation the first night. the waiter at breakfast also got me dairy-free milk for my coffee each morning. i could leave my bags after check-out as my flight was late, which helped a lot.

the sound insulation wasn't perfect, so i could sometimes hear noises from neighboring rooms.

my superior room had very good size. the room amenities were nicely done. the sleep quality was AMAZING!!! the mattresses seemed like sleeping at home. the decoration was tasteful.

The staff were charming and helpful throughout my stay. A gentleman at reception gave a SUPERB dinner recommendation. The location was quite convenient, being just off the Champs-Élysées. I could leave my bags after checkout since my flight was later.

The room allocation resulted in a view of plumbing pipes and another room's window only two meters away.

i found the breakfast a delight. they remembered my coffee order each morning, a little romantic gesture. the location also felt pretty special, with an easy walk to the shopping areas.

The lift felt a bit tiny. My luggage barely fit.
