i found the staff helpful they offered quick assistance with my luggage the included breakfast had tasty greek pastries and fresh juice i particularly appreciated the hotel's central location it made exploring the city very easy. the room was very clean it had crisp linens.

I stayed in a spacious double or twin room. the breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices every day. the hotel is close to a metro station. That was really helpful. there are good places to eat nearby, i loved that.
The a/c couldn't be controlled from the room. I had to call the reception each time. sometimes they turned it on. Sometimes i had to call again. this situation was ridiculous.

I found the breakfast area to be very clean and well kept. The staff ensured that all food stations were constantly replenished. they have a wide range of options including fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. the coffee machine provided a variety of beverages.

mixed feelings about the stay

the location was convenient, very close to the sites which was a plus for getting around.
I was pretty annoyed that the air conditioning seemed to be controlled remotely. It defaulted to 22 degrees celsius and i had to call the front desk to adjust it. plus, the ac switched to fan mode around 3 am every night (not cool at all).
