the room faced a busy street and was quite noisy even with double glazing. the receptionist seemed unhelpful when i raised a payment issue. it took considerable insistence to get it addressed.

The room was spacious and cleaned daily, it included a hairdryer and kettle. The air conditioning worked very well, a welcome relief after a day out. The bed was super comfortable and offered a really restful sleep each night.

The room decor was slightly outdated though the facilities worked great.
