The staff was super friendly. The rooms were super clean. I found the beds really comfortable. I especially liked the rooftop terrace bar. The pool area was lovely. The food was great. I thought the hotel location was good for metro access.

The breakfast offered a wide selection of food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated the maps and tour brochures provided upon arrival. I found the hotel location convenient. It provided good transport links.
The hotel charges an extra fee to use the pool. The need to book pool access in advance was inconvenient.

The room was recently renovated and very spacious. The design offered privacy, allowing one person to shower as another used the toilet. The bathroom was lovely, and it included modern fixtures for added convenience.

the staff was helpful at reception, acceptable.
i was quite disappointed with the pool access. they charged an extra €25 to use it and required reservations. most of the day, beds remained empty because people booked but did not show, yet i could not use them. it wasn't really a pool for swimming, just a small area for dipping.

extra charge poor pool access
the breakfast was decent. i wouldn't call it lovely, but it did the job.
The rooftop pool access policy was a bit of a letdown, you see. i thought the pool was included. it turns out there's an extra charge to use it, and you need to book. even if there are empty beds people haven't shown up for, you can't use them. That's just annoying. also it is not a pool to swim in.

water fountains welcome drink friendly staff
I found water fountains on each floor and refilling water bottles was encouraged. This shows commitment. i appreciated the welcome drink very much, especially since it was hot outside. the staff was friendly, and they happily accommodated my needs.
The bedsheets were too small. They came off whenever i turned over, not ideal.

The hotel is near a busy square, complete with bars and restaurants. A metro station is also nearby. the location offers convenient access to various amenities, perfect for exploring the area and traveling with ease.

the remodeled bathroom had modern fixtures and felt very clean. the room offered adequate space and essential amenities. i had a comfortable place for resting after daily travels!
