varied choices convenient location excellent staff
The breakfast offered many choices and was quite good. the location proved convenient, close to the metro. the staff showed great kindness and helpfulness throughout my visit. I noticed it right away. there was a great coffee shop situated in the lobby. We loved it.
My room had a small stain on the curtain. It did not bother me too much, but i felt i should mention it.

i found the breakfast buffet amazing. it had many options with both continental and local greek items. a/c in the room worked really well. several convenience stores are located directly near the premises.
power plugs in the room did not work. the ac did not initially function, requiring two trips to the check-in desk.

I found the breakfast very good and it had variety! The mini market next to the hotel was open round the clock, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly and cute.
The power plugs in the room did not function properly, causing minor inconveniences.

unsafe neighborhood missing amenities
The breakfast buffet was acceptable, with a decent selection of items.
I experienced significant issues. The neighborhood felt unsafe. I observed drug use openly on the streets near the hotel. the room lacked basic amenities. There was no kettle for making tea or coffee, a standard I expect.

many options friendly staff comfortable beds
the breakfast had many options. the staff were very friendly and helpful. i find that the beds were quite comfortable, ensuring sweet dreams after long days.
the elevator took a little while sometimes because is the only one.

delicious food helpful staff spacious room
the breakfast buffet had a good variety and the food tasted delicious. the staff were very helpful and friendly (especially emmanuel at the front desk). my room was clean, modern and spacious.
the surrounding area felt a bit unsafe at night.
