mixed experience, some issues noted

unreliable elevator high noise

The elevator service proved unreliable. I experienced a temporary entrapment during my first ride. this incident. additionally, i found the noise levels on saturday night excessively high, sleep was difficult to get. disposable ear plugs should be offered to hotel guests.

The location was AMAZING!!! It was so close to everything I wanted to see. The Family Suite was clean and suited my needs. The breakfast had a wide variety of options.

The elevators were slow. I sometimes waited a long time. My room faced an older building. It obstructed some of the view. The rooftop bar music was loud at night. It made it hard to fall asleep.

i secured a room, a signature SUITE acropolis view corner suite. The breakfast was simple but very filling. The staff at the front desk was cute and very helpful.

the elevator became out of order for a minute during my first ride.
