The front desk staff were attentive. They provided assistance with directions to nearby attractions. My room had a practical balcony. I appreciated the available kettle and coffee supplies.

The immediate area around the hotel felt a bit noisy at times , but this is to be expected in a busy part of the city.

mixed feelings about this stay

electrical issue street noise

the location was acceptable near the metro station.

the electricity went out once it was inconvenient because i needed to charge my devices the noise from the street was also a problem it was difficult to sleep despite my request for a quiet room. the area felt unsafe at night there were people using drugs on the streets nearby i did not feel comfortable walking alone after dark

shower design rough neighborhood

The room had some issues, the shower leaked all over the floor because of a badly designed glass partition. there were also no shelves in the bathroom, so i struggled to find a place for my toiletries. the neighborhood seemed a bit rough. I wouldn't recommend solo female travelers wander around at night. it's not the hotel's fault. It is a pity though.

electricity issue fully booked

The reception staff was very helpful. The hotel is close to the metro station.

the electricity went out once at midnight. I was unable to charge my phone. I asked to change the room, but the hotel was fully booked.

amazing stay, great value!

great location daily room

the location is unbeatable, just steps from the metro station, super convenient. the room was super clean, i mean, seriously clean and tidy. room service happened every day and they gave me new towels. i found the staff very cute and helpful too. they even stored my luggage.

the shutters did not close correctly! this led to lots of noises, which bothered me a bit

Acceptable Stay Near Public Transportation

easy access friendly staff

The hotel location is near the metro. This provided easy access to many parts of the city. Staff was friendly and helpful. The receptionist helped carry my luggage.

The stairs to the elevator are narrow and somewhat impractical. These stairs made it difficult to bring my luggage up.
