This hotels location was amazing. I walked to many important places easily. The breakfast included many options and all was fresh. My room was quiet despite its central location. I had a great stay.
The hallways sometimes echoed noises early in the mornings.

the location was central. i easily walked to most sights and the puerta del sol was very close. the staff were helpful with directions. they also quickly arranged taxis when needed. breakfast had a good range of options. the wifi worked without issues throughout my stay.
street noise was a problem at night. even with the windows closed, sounds were audible. i needed earplugs to sleep soundly.
