The staff was amazing and very helpful. I enjoyed my room, and i was able to open the window to let the fresh cool breeze in, even though it had air conditioning. The room was very comfortable too (i could relax well).

The service level was quite limited, I think. Daily housekeeping only included emptying the trash. Deep cleaning was only done once a week. There was no complimentary water, and overall, very minimal amenities were available.

I was a little disappointed with the room i received (i was expecting better). it wasn't as modern as the pictures showed online. also, the daily housekeeping seemed quite basic. They mainly just emptied the trash. i missed having complimentary water in the room.

The staff was very helpful and available. I appreciated the 24-hour coffee and sparkling water machines in the lobby. The hotel is close to the train station. It was easy to get around the city.

Daily housekeeping only emptied the trash and made the bed. Deep cleaning happened only once a week.
