a heartfelt stay
helpful staff lovely room clean room
the staff was helpful, whenever we needed anything. our room had a view of the river and domaine. it was very clean..
the rooms did not have any drinking water. there is no fridge in the rooms.

fantastic stay near the sanctuary

The staff was always pleasant and helpful. the location was super close to the grotto! it was also near many restaurants. Made dining convenient. the bed was comfortable, and i slept well each night.
I found that the breakfast selection could use a bit more variety, as it was somewhat limited. I hope they improve this.

The hotel restaurant provided a convenient option for meals. I found several choices. the breakfast buffet included pastries. I saw fruit, and cereal. the dining area was clean, though the seating felt a little crowded.

My standard double room had sufficient space. It included a wardrobe and a desk. the bathroom featured a shower and provided basic toiletries, that was useful. i also had a window overlooking a quiet street. It was nice.

The hotel offered free wifi. I connected easily, and the speed was adequate. i noticed a small lounge area in the lobby. It had several chairs. the hotel also provided luggage storage. It was handy.

The location was amazing! it was a very short walk to the sanctuary, my main reason for visiting. many shops and restaurants are nearby. They provided plenty of options. the area safe area at all hours. That was reassuring.
