Really good Stay Experience
helpful staff quality food buffet choice useful coffee machine
The staff were helpful and consistently cheerful. The food impressed us with its quality and variety. Breakfast and dinner were both served buffet style. I found the coffee machine in reception particularly useful.
The tv was rather small.

Great Rail Journeys booked the hotel for me. The staff are helpful. I found the breakfast and dinner were very good. Self service allowed me to choose my portion sizes. The room was spacious and it had all necessary facilities.
I found the heating was set for strange hours. There was no heating at night. It was on during the daytime.

excellent stay!
breakfast buffet good choice
the breakfast buffet was great. it was always hot and refreshed as required. i appreciated the good choice of the evening meal! it was self service so i chose my portion size.
over rated,receptionist is not professional and helpful. the heating is set for strange hours,no heating night time,but in the daytime. the cleaner left the towers and room refillment stuffs on floor outside the room. small tv

helpful staff lovely view small tv untidy service
The rooms, they was well maintained and i could see douglas town from the 3rd floor, it were lovely. all the staff helped so much and where friendly. They even helped us with a hospital appointment. i recommend this place.
the cleaner person leaved the towers and room stuffs on floor outside the room. also, the tv small.
