The staff was supportive and friendly .

I encountered a terrible smell coming from the pipes in the kitchen and one bathroom. I reported it, and a technician added chemicals, but this only masked the odor temporarily. I was also disappointed to find the detergent drawer of the washing machine covered in mold..

The breakfast seemed tasty. It featured high-quality preparation. The location proved perfect to access interesting spots in the island's north. Many bike rental shops surrounded the area.

The kitchen utensils was partly broken. Some seemed incomplete too. All light bulbs had a blue cold white. A warmer light would make the place more cosy.

there were different pools available. the hotel is child FRIENDLY. the breakfast buffet had variety. air conditioning worked well in the apartment. staff members was friendly.

the water pressure in the shower was somewhat LOW.
