wonderful stay indeed
lovely stafffriendly staffspacious apartmentself catering room
The complex was lovely as it overlooked the lake. staff members seemed helpful and friendly at all times. the apartment felt spacious and included everything i needed . i really liked the self catering room and washing machine. The view from the floor was nice.
the room was not very clean. we asked for more cleaning but nobody came. we ended up cleaning it ourselves.

The hotel featured a supermarket right on top of it, a nice convenience. the main area of the town remained accessible with a short five minute walk. the beach was about ten minutes away. This made the location useful.

Everyone at reception was friendly and ready to help. beatriz personally messaged to make sure all was well with the room. It was appreciated. check in was quick, so i could start to unwind.

the apartment included a spacious terrace that worked well for families. it felt big and clean. we found it equipped with all we needed. the apartment's air conditioning and tv worked properly.

i was happy with my apartment. it was spacious and comfortable. the view was fantastic. i found it easy to get around since i had a car, and the location suited my needs well even though it was away from the beach.
The sound isolation wasn't great. I could hear every chair movement from the apartment above, which slightly disturbed my sleep.

the staff helped us book taxis. they also arranged our airport shuttle. i found the personnel to be very friendly. they always helped with my requests.

The apartment was spacious. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful.
The room I was given didn't match the photos I saw online (it felt outdated). There were mosquitoes inside, seemingly coming from the bathroom drain. I ended up buying mosquito repellent to deal with the issue.
