The hotel's location is quite convenient, being about a 10-minute walk to the main beach and close to various restaurants. the staff members were friendly and helpful . breakfast included a decent variety of options each morning. I found something i liked. the pool area was well kept, with plenty of space for lounging.

the tv in my room only had a few channels, mostly in thai. it would be nice to have more international options available.

Woohoo, i scored a superior double or twin room pool view and it was totally awesome! the room had a big space, great. housekeeping visited daily and everything sparkled. breakfast slayed with buffet choices. Every day there were new options for grub!

the gym only had dumbbells, nothing else, so it was a bummer for a full workout.

Location worked out, around a 10 minute walk placed me at the beach. plenty of mini marts were close. Grabbing snacks was never an issue. restaurant choices surround the hotel. Eating out was super easy.

The pool bar made getting drinks simple. Paying at checkout suited me fine. beach towels were available. That's so helpful. laundry service on site really helped refresh my clothes. Convenient!

The noise insulation was subpar. I heard street conversations clearly from my fifth-floor room, even with the window shut. housekeepers' loud radio chatter woke me each morning. also, some of the stairs felt dangerous. i worried about slipping. the room felt dated, and the faucet was rusty.

i found the staff to be helpful the pool area was clean the breakfast offered a reasonable selection. i liked that we could easily walk to nearby restaurants it was a good experience. the room was quiet it was possible to rest well i also saw a nice decoration on my bed upon arrival

the elevator experienced a malfunction for a few days it was a minor inconvenience i adapted without major issues

The breakfast buffet had variety. The options changed slightly each morning. The location was excellent. There were lots of restaurants catering to various cuisines nearby. The beach was within walking distance and was a beautiful ONE.

The lift was broken for three of our four day stay. This was a bit annoying. I paid extra for a room with a balcony, but it was unusable. The view from it was of the wall of the next building, and all the aircon units out there made it loud.
