helpful staff great recommendation hard bed stained sheet

The staff was nice (very helpful, indeed!). They helped us book everything from taxis to spas and gave great recommendations. Our room was for four people and it provided plenty of space.

The breakfast options were not so many. The bed was very hard and the sheets had some stains and were not changed. I did notice the drains in the bathroom had a bad smell.

unpleasant smell constant noise

The location was quite central. the room looked decent enough initially. however, the bathroom was a letdown. The sink and toilet seemed too close together. also, a persistent unpleasant smell lingered there. i had hoped for a quieter stay but the noise was constant. it's not what i expected.

The hotel is centrally located. It made attractions easily accessible. The room was cleaned daily. I also got fresh cookies each day. The surrounding garden provided refreshing greenery.

The shower pressure was weaker than i expected.
