quality fitting super clean room parma ham
The room was super clean. I found high quality fittings in the bathroom (the shower was excellent). The bar sells a good selection of beers. I recommend the baked camembert with bread and Parma ham.
I found only a very thin strip of metal on a step between the corridor and the bed area.

really good stay!
on-site parking good breakfast clean room easy access
the on-site parking was very convenient. breakfast was good, very nice. the room felt clean and quiet, a definite plus. access was easy even outside of regular hours.
the shower control was a bit tricky with wet hands.

spa bath earl grey
the room had a good temperature. it was just fine for me.
the spa bath didn't work, a real letdown. i also had trouble getting the plug out, a minor inconvenience. the lack of earl grey tea was disappointing. i really needed that.

Excellent Stay. Very convenient
double bed free parking helpful staff
My single room was a good size and had a double bed. The TV included Netflix. This was a welcome addition. I appreciated the quick walk into the city centre and ample free parking. The staff at reception were cute and helpful. Robe was provided, and there was a safe available.
I didn't eat breakfast because I left early, though everything else was good.

The hotel's location offers convenient access to the city center. Public transport links are easily accessible, AND the area around the hotel is well kept. I found it very easy to get around the city from this spot.

The staff offers perfect service in all areas. From reception to the dining area, everyone was polite and helpful. They also ensured my needs were met promptly during the visit.

the room included a king bed , and it offered considerable space. the bathroom featured a very large shower. breakfast included a selection of fresh and hot items , with helpful staff present.
there was no evening DInING option , only 'lite-bites'.

tricky entrance shower control
the staff were helpful. this was acceptable i suppose.
The room i had was in a separate old building, annoying. the entrance was tricky for my wife because she needed assistance. the shower was not easy to use. It was almost impossible to grip the flow control with wet hands. the breakfast food was good.
