Excellent Hotel Experience
lovely suite accommodating staff excellent food comfortable room
Deirdre upgraded us to a lovely suite. I found the staff accommodating to all needs. The food tasted excellent, especially in the Bistro. I enjoyed the very super clean and cozy rooms.
The hotel had a small issue. The shower's temperature was difficult to adjust properly.

The breakfast had a very large selection of items, and the service was quick. Ed's bar provided great food, and the waitress Bethany took great care of everyone. The bistro menu provided several options for the whole family.

The room I stayed in was spacious with a comfortable bed. There were tea and coffee making facilities available in the room. The family room provided a good night's sleep for everyone after a long day.

The reception staff greeted me with a lovely welcome when I arrived. Pip, the porter, took great care of us. Bridget, the event coordinator, communicated quickly and was helpful.

The hotel is within walking distance of town , a great feature. The grounds are well kept, and the hotel itself is quite beautiful. The hotel is in a super , quiet location.

approachable staff clean room really good quality overpriced hotel old fashioned bathroom chipped painting
The staff was really approachable and mannered. They offered any help needed, which I appreciated. The room was clean. The breakfast offered as much or as little as anyone could want, it was of really good quality.
The hotel was overpriced. The bathroom seemed old fashioned. The bathroom also looked grubby with chipped painting around the vanity unit.

friendly staff great service outdoor garden water temperature roof holes damp patch
The staff were friendly. bethany, our waitress in ed's bar, provided great service. It was AMAZING!!! the outdoor garden was a great place for photos. the grounds seemed well kept.
The water was not very warm in the swimming pool. there were holes in the roof. It seemed run down. there was a damp patch on the roof above the bed in the bedroom.
