Ed's Bar and Bistro is open daily, serving a carvery lunch from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM and an evening bistro from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A traditional Irish pub has been in the O' Gorman family for three generations and is located on Mitchel Street, Thurles. Room service is available with a charge of €5 per tray.
