excellent location and super clean room

clean bed coffee facilities helpful staff
I found the bed super clean and cozy. the room included a television, with coffee and tea facilities also available. i appreciated the laminated flooring and clean shower. staff were attentive and helpful. The room had a radiator, very warm. the sheets felt dry, which i appreciated.

Central Location with Modern Amenities

spacious bedroom easy access friendly staff
The bedroom was spacious and easy to access. Evening parking was available very close to the hotel. I found the staff friendly and helpful . The WiFi connection worked excellently in my room.
I noticed the stairs up to the room were quite steep. Fire doors slammed shut when other guests used them and these noises persisted during the night.

warm staff super clean room easy exploration yellowy stain black hair night disruption
The staff welcomed me warmly. My Double Room was super clean. I found it comforting after my travels. Free Wi-Fi was readily available, a thoughtful touch . I particularly enjoyed how close the location was to all the shops.
I found an old yellowy stain on the mattress protector, it made me uneasy. I noticed short black hair too. I recognize that it's a budget stay, but still found this unpleasant. There was an event occurring. This disrupted my night.

great view helpful staff
The room had a great view from the window. I could see the geese flying down the river. an iron and ironing board were available in the room (unexpected, but very helpful).
The kettle is a single unit. I had to pull the socket out to pour water.

noise from nightclub hot room
the location in the town center was acceptable.
The noise from the nearby nightclub was unbearable. I recorded videos. the room was too hot and i had to open the window, no sleep until after 2am because our room faced the nightclub area. i think bookings shouldn't be allowed when the nightclub operates.

clean room helpful manager
the room was clean (i noticed that right away). i appreciated the ample tea and coffee supplies available. the front of house manager, krishna, was very helpful too.
