non-functional air conditioning missing kettle

the breakfast was acceptable , though not particularly exciting.

i was quite disappointed that the air conditioning barely functioned , even after i complained to reception. the room remained uncomfortably humid. additionally , the lack of a kettle in the room meant i couldn't even make a simple cup of tea , though i am aware that i could have purchased one myself.

barely working air conditioning

the location was good, near the beach.

the air conditioning barely worked, made the room uncomfortably warm, especially during the day! i even reported it, but nothing improved. it really impacted my sleep and overall comfort.

poor air conditioning additional charge

the location was near the beach, it was an easy walk to bars and restaurants.

The air conditioning was poor. I complained a few times. a staff member switched it to number 1, but this made it worse. It felt humid even on 8 degrees. there was no kettle in the room so i bought one. it was annoying to find there was an additional charge to use the safety deposit box.
