The hotel boasts a fine design! Furnishings throughout are beautiful and well kept. My Superior Double Room Lake View offered a fantastic view of both the lake and the inviting pool. I had a Nespresso maker in the room and the staff readily provided a kettle upon my request.
I was disappointed that the hotel spa was not functional! No advance notice about this was provided. I also noticed limited sound insulation between rooms, and this made the space less relaxing. I could clearly hear my neighbors conversations.

The pool area provided ample sunbathing spots. the staff was consistently helpful. They addressed all requests promptly. i enjoyed meals outdoors overlooking the reservoir. my room featured a balcony offering pleasant views.
the walls seemed a bit thin, allowing some noise to travel between rooms.

The hotel's location near lake was great. my room, a superior double room lake view, had excellent views. the staff were really helpful and kind. The breakfast was also good, with lots of options.
The coffee cup sizes in the restaurant were small, requiring frequent refills. It was inconvenient.

Underwhelming Stay Despite Potential

breakfast chaos thin walls
The breakfast setup resembled a rugby scrum more than a relaxing start to the day. Items constantly ran out, leaving guests to hover like vultures. One morning, the coffee machine broke down, causing a minor stampede. The lack of soundproofing in the rooms meant I was intimately familiar with my neighbors television preferences and questionable taste in music. Next time, I'll bring noise-canceling headphones and a breakfast survival kit.

fantastic bed balcony milk absence capsule coffee
the junior suite had a fantastic bed. the bathroom included a lounge. the balcony was also a plus.
there was no milk in the room for coffee capsules. i rang reception and they brought only one. there are two of us.
