an lovely escape

clean rooms luxurious hotel cute team warm atmosphere

the rooms are clean. the hotel felt luxurious without being pretentious, a calming space. the facilities seemed well organized, the team were always cute. i particularly enjoyed the house bar, the atmosphere was warm, nice for a relaxing evening.

I observed that the gym had limited equipment. It lacked a spin bike.

The breakfast featured good variety and satisfied diverse preferences. The restaurant ria stood out with tasty food. i noticed the botanical gin bar offered local cocktails prepared with care by staff like giovanna and joão. the preparation reflected a sense of pride.

The staff seemed very attentive and were very good in ensuring everyone felt welcomed and well-looked after. Small details stood out. i saw the reception staff accommodated early arrivals with grace. i appreciate staff who treat guests as family.

the hotel location seemed convenient to the marina, only a short drive. supermarkets are also easily accessible by car, pingo doce being a favorite. the resort's setting felt tranquil. the nearby marina had many restaurants and shops.

calm and refined stay

elegant hotel attentive staff

the entire hotel is beautifully maintained. rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. the house bar provided excellent service. the team is professional and cute throughout the entire stay (i really enjoyed the house bar).

some tiles are breaking up in the pool. i think they could fix that to be a perfect stay.

the kids club was unstaffed. this was disappointing. two restaurants were closed also. the lack of dining options limited our choices. the experience wasn't stellar.

great breakfast various choices pool facilities underwhelming service room issue no follow-up

i stayed here for three nights. the breakfast had lots of choice and it tasted very nice. the fresh orange juice was delicious. the pool facilities were great and there was enough beds for everyone.

the service felt underwhelming for a five star hotel. i reported an issue in my room but i had no fix. there was no update. there was no follow-up.
