admiring stay
beautiful beach friendly staff
the resort had many amenities. a beautiful beach was easily accessible. the staff was very friendly. european breakfast featured a wonderful spread. i sampled sushi at uddo, the japanese restaurant, and found the quality among the best. i walked to an italian restaurant nearby for two dinners and enjoyed the food.
i found the tv sound crackly. a smart tv with access to english channels would be better. the weather was poor, it meant i stayed in the room longer.

the team provided really good service at all times. they steered us toward some lovely walks. they also booked a vineyard visit. the attentiveness from all staff members was excellent.

the resort is on top of a cliff. it has amazing views of the sea. the location had very easy access to the beach. it was also near some excellent restaurants.

the european breakfast provided many choices. uddo served great sushi. i also enjoyed meals at nearby italian restaurants. the food was always well-prepared.

Amazing Stay! Lovely Moments!
beautiful grounds delicious options friendly staff
I really enjoyed the beautiful grounds, they were so well kept! Breakfast offered many delicious options, and I found the staff very friendly! The beach nearby was amazing. I enjoyed walking there .
The poolside got crowded. It was hard to find available loungers. Many chairs had towels on them all day with no one using them. There was no management of the chair situation!

The staff was very attentive and helpful. They provided excellent service. I received a warm welcome upon my arrival! Housekeeping was also helpful throughout the stay. They made sure I had everything I needed.

The location was great, it was so quiet! I really enjoyed the beautiful trees and plants surrounding the grounds. The private footpath to the beach made it easy to relax and view the sunset.

generally okay stay
beautiful beach multiple pools noisy entrance no solutions
the hotel grounds looked beautiful with fairly close beach access. the beach was beautiful too! there were multiple nice pools and food options available. i also liked that valet parking was included.
the room overlooked the entrance and it was noisy with car doors slamming often. i spoke to reception and explained we were on our babymoon (.. ) they provided no solutions for us. they didn't attempt any nice gestures either.

the breakfast offered many choices. the service was good. my room included a large, comfortable balcony (perfect for enjoying the sunset).
the pool bar chairs needed repairs. i noticed they were dirty. some chairs even had scratches. the new staff was inexperienced.

the lobby was a beautiful start to my visit. the front desk personnel was friendly. my room faced the ocean and was set up beautifully. breakfast offered an very nice selection of food.
the hotel didn't inform me that they no longer have a tennis court. i booked this hotel solely for that purpose.

beautiful nature amazing location lovely staff stuffy hallway difficult beach access expensive chair
The location is fantastic. It is surrounded by beautiful nature. The hotel has an amazing beachside location. The staff were cute and kind! The kids' club and playground are nice.
The hallways were stuffy. The beach wasn't easily accessible since there are 150 stair steps! There were no restrooms on the beach. the hotel charges 30 euros for a chair. I think it is outrageous.
