The hotel features 5 restaurants: Abyad, Al Quimia, Open Deck, Lima, and Uddo. Abyad restaurant serves international cuisine with local sea and in-land products. Uddo offers a modern Japanese Izakaya concept with fresh local fish. The LIMA Restaurant features Italian flavors with local ingredients. Dhiego Silva presents dishes, such as Tataki of log and almond puree, Scallops with muscatel ponzo, and Okonomiyaki of king crab. The hotel has the Bluum Bar, serving cocktails.

EPIC SANA Algarve includes five outdoor swimming pools and an indoor swimming pool. Sayanna Wellness provides SPA and Fitness facilities, body and mind treatments, and personalized service.
