Wonderful stay for families

The apartment I stayed in had a well-equipped kitchenette. It also featured a spacious balcony. I found a variety of pools on site (they even have slides for the kids!). I appreciated the short walk to local shops for essentials.
The evening entertainment at the hotel could benefit from improvement.

The half-board option offered a good selection. I was impressed by the quality at both breakfast and dinner. Drinks were available at a reasonable price, which I found very convenient.

The resort has numerous pools, a great range of facilities, and slides. I used the indoor pool (I enjoyed it). The hotel had tennis pitches and convenient access to a nearby clean beach.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. They always seemed happy to accommodate requests (which is something I value). The service exceeded my expectations, especially in food and entertainment.

old bed sheets
the room, a standard one-bedroom apartment, was really not good. i found hairs in the shower and the bed sheets felt old. the floor was dirty and they clearly don't clean under the furniture.

The apartment had a separate bedroom and a good-sized kitchenette. PERFECT! The pool area was well-kept, with plenty of space for everyone. Access to facilities in the other hotels was a definite PLUS. I found the car park spacious and easy to navigate.

The apartment was spacious with a sliding door separating the sleeping area. It was great. A large sofa and a dining table were available in the living area. The bathroom had ample space and a large balcony offered nice views.

The staff was polite and very helpful, providing good knowledge of local attractions. They offered assistance with various requests and always had a smile. The cleaning standards were very high in the apartments. AMAZING.

The rooms included very well-equipped kitchens and regular cleaning service. The facility was big and included a lot of great amenities. My little girl got to handle snakes at the totally free kids show! The beds were comfy and I slept like a baby.
I wish there were more umbrellas available around the pool.

The hotel is close to a bakery that sells fresh breakfast items. The resort is also near sister hotels, so you can easily walk to the beach through the village hotel. A short taxi ride took us to any place we wanted to see.

The breakfast had a great selection of fresh food. There were great food and bar selections. The supermarket at the hotel included a good amount of food to choose from. A neighboring village has great seafood restaurants too.

I had a big double room. The room also included a dining area and kitchen. A great big balcony was a nice feature. The apartments are super clean and fitted out well, with everything you could need at your fingertips.
