Superb Hotel Experience

central location modern room friendly staff

I enjoyed a complimentary glass of bubbles at check-in. The location is amazing. It is close to the beach and Yumbo center. The room felt new, tidy, and modern, with plenty of space for everyone. I also noticed the air conditioning was efficient and the housekeepers worked hard.

I thought using the poolside deck chairs on the balcony could be better, as smaller chairs would suit it more.

The pool itself is lovely, it includes nice hot tubs, perfect for a cool down. Plenty of sun beds make it easy to find a spot. I saw NO need to reserve them, great.

Staff members were lovely and friendly. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and the communal areas were super clean, ALWAYS smelling fresh. I liked the boutique feel the hotel has, too. It was quite relaxing.

Breakfast had options to suit everyone. The pool lunch bar served tasty, decent-sized portions and good alcohol brands. The food quality impressed me. It was quite good, and I tried several dishes.

The room included comfy beds and a decent-sized bathroom with a good shower. Air con worked VERY well. I was also pleased With the housekeeping services. They kept everything super clean.

friendly staff clean room small gym broken wifi

The staff was friendly and cute in all areas. Our Double Room Kitchenette was super nice. There was space, and the bathroom was good. It was cleaned when needed.

The gym is very small. It has one leg machine, one seated cable machine, one bike and one treadmill. It also has a set of free weights up to 10kg. The WiFi was broken in our room when we arrived, but it was fixed later. We managed to get it to intermittently work by restarting the router.

fantastic stay!

helpful staff spacious suite ideal location clean environment

the staff were helpful and friendly. the junior suite offered plenty of space. (i enjoyed the rainfall shower a lot). the location was ideal as it was close to both the yumbo centre and the beach. the hotel ensured a clean environment throughout my visit.

sound isolation was a little poor, i could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.
