the pool was lovely! i appreciate our apartment was right beside the pool. staff at reception was very helpful and friendly. they were excellent.
showers are impossible for adjust. there is a mix of cold and hot water every 10 seconds randomly. breakfast is very simple. i not recommend stay more than 2 nights

i found the room to be spacious and very clean with a nice terrace it included a well equipped kitchenette with a fridge, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine the bathroom was a good size and the air conditioning system worked effectively i also appreciated the free parking right out front. the pool was refreshing and always had available sunbeds it was a very relaxing stay. the staff were all very helpful.
I noticed some cracked floor tiles in the hallways. The showers seemed a bit dated it didn't affect my stay significantly though.

the hotel has a pool area with ample sunbeds and a lifeguard is present the pool was a good size for a refreshing swim and the area was kept very clean.

breakfast included a fresh orange juice machine and a wide variety of options were available coffee was from a machine offering instant options i found the breakfast service to be efficient.

My room had a balcony with a sea view. The dunes of maspalomas were visible in the distance the room included a kitchenette with all necessary appliances and utensils i appreciated having a fridge and microwave.

The location is convenient with a short walk to the beach. It is also close to a shopping center and restaurants nearby i found easy access to public transport and taxis.

The receptionists were very helpful. They spoke good english and assisted with luggage storage the housekeeping staff was also attentive and responsive to requests for extra towels or sheets.

i found the location excellent! i laughed every day about the race for the best spot at the pool. we seriously reduced the average age of the guests! it was great fun every day.
the breakfast had a few perks. all in all, it was mediocre.

The staff was really kind and available, which i appreciated. the service offered was excellent. Everyone was helpful and quick to respond to requests. the team created a positive and cute atmosphere.

the room had great features! it was quite large and also very clean. the terrace was a nice addition (i spent much of my time there). the kitchenette was well equipped.

the location is super! it is close to a fantastic beach. i enjoyed an excellent restaurant called loopys nearby. access to the major road network is simple and quick.

The staff are always available. Reception staff are friendly. They are helpful. The pool is very clean. Cleaners also do a good job. I could walk to the beach in only two minutes. Supermarkets are also very close.
The gym is a little small. It can feel crowded when more than a few people want to use it at the same time. Some new equipment is needed.

The pool area includes plenty of sun loungers . Breakfast had a wide selection of options each morning. I noticed that the hotel offers beauty treatments on-site, which are available by appointment.

sunny getaway success

i found the staff really nice and helpful they cleaned rooms five days a week and changed towels often breakfast was good with lots of options i enjoyed the pool as well and always got a sunbed the hotel also provided pool towels which i liked. it was easy to reach both the beach and the shopping center this made meals easy.
the balcony light stayed on at night i couldn't turn it off so it lit up my room a bit this was a little annoying

the location is excellent with the beach a short walk away the shopping plaza offers bars and restaurants there is also free parking available right outside the hotel which is very handy

the hotel staff were very cute and friendly the cleaning service was efficient rooms were cleaned regularly and they changed the towels without me having to ask they always had a smile , made my stay better
