the triple room was good because it had three separate beds. i could see the castle from the room and it was awesome when illuminated at night. the room had a small kitchen area that i did not use.

i found the entrance through the parking lots a bit unappealing.

i liked it was so close to many places. we used a rental car and a parking garage was available. the location was good, right above the garage and the tram to the castle. i could see the castle from the rooftop terrace.

the room felt small. the bathroom was tiny with no space for my stuff. i missed air conditioning. the window faced the terrace, so people outside could see in.

the staff was friendly. yasmina greeted us. leonard was also friendly, and very polite, always smiling and helpful to answer our questions. we appreciate how they treat us.
