The Amfiteatar Hotel provides 18 rooms with simple and modern interiors. Guests can choose between standard, superior, or premium rooms. Each room includes a minibar and a bathroom with a rain shower. The spacious apartment provides a washing machine, soundproof walls, a tea and coffee maker, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, as well as an inner courtyard view. Single rooms are similar to all other rooms. No twin beds are available.

The hotel restaurant offers casual dining with local and Mediterranean dishes, and a street food menu features burgers, tortillas, and salads. Both menus include vegetarian and vegan options, and gluten-free requests are accommodated. Every meal uses local ingredients by head chef Deniz Zembo. The hotel serves breakfast. There's Vegan House, a vegan restaurant in Pula and Istria. Beef carpaccio with black olives, capers and cherry tomatoes; Salad Amfiteatar; Octopus, potatoes, cherry tomatoes; Seafood Delicacies Carpaccio; Istrian Delicacies. Also includes hot starters, Vegan Risotto with Saffron, Risotto with Prawns and Shrimps, Homemade Pasta with Istrian Ox Beef, Homemade Pasta with Truffles are available. For main dishes are Grilled squids with swisschard/Fried squids with fries; Grilled seabass fillet with swisschard and potatoes; Grilled scampi 500g; Octopus with vegetables for two persons; Beefsteak with green pepper sauce and roasted potato; Beefsteak with mustard and roasted potato; Beefsteak with truffles and polenta with sage; Ramstek tagliatta with rucola and grilled vegetables; Grilled chicken and vegetables. As desert are Chocolate cake, Cheesecake and chocolate fudge.
Leisure and Activities
Guests can take city tours, boat trips, wine tasting excursions, and adventure experiences, arranged by guides. Cooking classes with chef Deniz Zembo are available. Guests can relax in the nearby park, go for a walk on a sea side promenade or enjoy summer nights on hotel's terrace. A 3-day Getaway includes 2 nights in superior rooms with free breakfast. A Romantic Vacation package is available for 2 nights in a classic room on the top floor with a bathtub, including free breakfast, a bottle of wine, and a welcome plate.

Hotel Amfiteatar stands on the edge of Pula's historic centre, 950 metres from Pula Bus and 10 km from Pula Airport. Everything is within a 5-minute walk: the Roman Amphitheatre, central square Forum, Giardini promenade, shore, and marina. Istria, where Pula is located, is close to Slovenia and Italy.
