mediocre experience. Staff shortages?
sun bed poor management
the room was clean and modern. it was acceptable.
the pool lacked enough sun beds. people put towels down early and disappeared. it felt poorly managed and VERY annoying.

a MAJESTIC experience
helpful staff excellent facilities complimentary water really good breakfast
the reception staff was very helpful. i enjoyed facilities like the spa and the pools. my room had complimentary water and a coffee machine. the breakfast was Fantastic. the hotel helped me a lot with all i need.
the minibar was completely EMPTY, unexpected for a hotel such as this.

wonderful amenities and friendly staff
amazing sea buffet dinner evening stroll
the pool overlooked the adriatic sea. it was amazing. i enjoyed drinks at the pool bar and had the buffet dinner while watching the sunset (it was gorgeous). afterward, i went on an evening stroll along the trails that surrounded the hotel.
the minibar in the room was completely empty. also, the air conditioning in the room could not stay on when i left the room. it was very uncomfortable when returning after a day spent outside.

the breakfast had many options and fresh juices. the dinner buffet had very fresh ingredients and a wide variety of food selections. the restaurant staff was cute and caring.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the cleaning lady. the hotel location was a short drive to the arena and downtown restaurants.

empty minibar uncomfortable room
the breakfast buffet offered many delicious options and fresh juices it was quite acceptable
i found the minibar completely empty this felt unacceptable for a hotel at this price point also the air conditioning would not stay on when i left the room the room was very uncomfortable upon my return furthermore i paid extra for a panoramic view but didn't even get a sea view
