excellent location friendly staff reliable wifi old room slow ac ant swarm

the location are excellent. it is near the train station. the staff are really friendly and. the wifi network are fast and reliable, it just makes me swoon.

i feel a little bit sad. the room is old. the ac takes a while to start and my poor fingers get cold. there are little ants that visits too, a bit of a swarm. i don't like this visit very much. the hotel needs some love.

The staff were helpful. the location was so convenient. A grocery store and currency exchange were just steps away. the buffet breakfast offered a good selection of vegetables, fruits, and scrambled eggs. the tea in the afternoon was wonderful, too. Such a comforting treat after my outings.

the personnel were amazing and very helpful. the security guard even volunteered to escort me to a phone shop when my phone broke, such a kind gesture. such a great attitude!!!

I received a pleasant upgrade upon arrival! breakfast offered enough variety, a welcome change, and the staff was polite. they were quick to help with any questions i had. The service was very attentive. i also appreciated the proximity to the tram. It was easy to get around town.

I noticed a small stain on the carpet. It could use some professional cleaning, otherwise everything was fine.

The hotel is directly opposite the central train station! this was convenient for my travel needs. a supermarket is also nearby. It allowed easy access to necessities. many restaurants are in the area.
