Generally good but with some issues

convenient location friendly staff clean room slow elevator outdated feel old furniture

I found the location quite convenient. Key shopping areas are close. Staff are very friendly. The rooms had a fancy look. Rooms are clean.

The hotel feels a little outdated. The elevator is SO slow. The room, though large, looked like it needed a refresh. It looked like it was luxurious back in 1988.

beautiful suite patio mornings amazing decor

wow, my room, a beautiful suite andalousian patio, was just very nice! the patio made mornings super great. the bed, it was so big. i mean, seriously comfy after all day. the decor throughout this room? amazing. i am talking serious design goals.

the gym felt a bit small. some extra equipment would be a huge plus. i had to wait a while for the treadmill.

the staff helped book my airport transfers this made things way easier. they were amazing with our late departure time. the receptionists were friendly! i think the staff is excellent.

i thought the location was pretty central. i could easily walk to many sights. plus, taxis were always nearby. i loved this central location!
