Guests can enjoy dishes of Tradition Cadore at Hotel Al Pelmo's characteristic restaurant, accommodating up to 126 guests. A special dining room seats up to 90 people. Two smaller rooms can be set up as restaurant areas: one with 20 seats, and a bar area exclusively for hotel guests with 16 seats. The restaurant can accommodate special diets upon request. Dishes include pumpkin gnocchi, casunziei all'ampezzana, barley soup, lentil soup, ricotta and spinach gnocchi, and polenta gnocchi. There is a selection of Speck Unterberger. The restaurant also features polenta made from corn and buckwheat flour, served with deer salmì.
Leisure and Wellness
Hotel Al Pelmo Wellness offers a wellness center with a Turkish bath, hydrotherapy, and color therapy. Guests can use a Finnish sauna followed by a cold tub and relaxation area. Halotherapy is available in the salt cave. Other facilities include massage showers, chromotherapy showers, and aromatic showers. Guests can play table tennis and use the ski storage space.
