Hotel Al Pelmo Wellness features 42 rooms reachable by elevator, offering free Wi-Fi. Room options include single, double, twin, triple, quadruple and connecting rooms. Single rooms have a shower, hair dryer, bidet, and toilet. Some single rooms include a queen-size bed. Double rooms have a shower and hair dryer, and can accommodate a crib or extra bed. Twin rooms feature two separate beds. Triple rooms include a queen-size bed plus one bed or three separate beds; some have a terrace, and two have a bathtub. Quadruple rooms have a queen-size bed plus two beds or four separate beds. Connecting rooms have two separate rooms, each with private facilities.

Dolomite cuisine

Guests can enjoy dishes of Tradition Cadore at Hotel Al Pelmo's characteristic restaurant, accommodating up to 126 guests. A special dining room seats up to 90 people. Two smaller rooms can be set up as restaurant areas: one with 20 seats, and a bar area exclusively for hotel guests with 16 seats. The restaurant can accommodate special diets upon request. Dishes include pumpkin gnocchi, casunziei all'ampezzana, barley soup, lentil soup, ricotta and spinach gnocchi, and polenta gnocchi. There is a selection of Speck Unterberger. The restaurant also features polenta made from corn and buckwheat flour, served with deer salmì.

Leisure and Wellness

Hotel Al Pelmo Wellness offers a wellness center with a Turkish bath, hydrotherapy, and color therapy. Guests can use a Finnish sauna followed by a cold tub and relaxation area.
