the room was super clean and modern. the staff seemed professional and friendly. busra, ömer, and sinan were amazing . access to the sister hotel amenities was a plus. i used the foot bridge, very convenient.
the wifi from akra v did not work well. i could not check online menus in the main building. this.

I spent my honeymoon at this spot, and everything was pretty good. the staff were so friendly and professional! i loved the service at asman restaurant, especially mr volkan's attention. the guest relations team, particularly mr orhan, provided warm hospitality. The reception team quickly arranged our room and late check-out. we'll definitely come back!
the carpet on the hallway floors were out of place. it is an easy fix.

i was very grateful for the walkway connecting the two buildings. it allowed me to easily access facilities at the main building. the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of choices. the staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay.

i found this hotel lovely. the bus stop is near the hotel. i noticed very good and tasty breakfasts at the akra panora restaurant, and the view from the window is beautiful. the staff were very friendly.
the carpet on the hallway floors was out of place. it was a bit lifted, which can be an easy fix. all in all, i really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it for a getaway.

the staff provided excellent service, especially at the breakfast. i also appreciated having access to the sister hotel's facilities via the walkway.. it offered more options for dining and recreation.
the walk to the sister hotel across the walkway felt a little long at times, particularly after using the spa.
