charming hotel experience

rustic pieces pool area great hospitality helpful staff

i appreciated the quaint decoration of the reception with rustic pieces. the galleries and pool areas were also nicely decorated. the hotel provides wifi and the location is great for breakfast with a grand piano in the middle i found the staff offered great hospitality and supported trips well with recommendations.

housekeeping missed servicing my room on one day of my stay some items were not replenished on other days this was a bit inconvenient

The breakfast buffet included many options and tasted delicious. i enjoyed the 10% discount offered to hotel guests at the three restaurants. this allowed for diverse dining experiences . The restaurants are a plus.

the staff was friendly greeting me with chilled juice and a damp cloth upon arrival. the staff were helpful in securing good prices for trips, including a boat trip and a trip to pamukkale. their assistance made planning easy.

historic charm AND AMAZING BREAKFAST!

olde world decor amazing antiques sumptuous buffet

I REALLY loved the olde world decor. there are amazing antiques everywhere. It seemed like i stepped back in time! the staff were friendly. the breakfast was included and it was a sumptuous buffet.

The water bottle cost 55 tl. This seemed too high!

The breakfast was good , I found it acceptable.

The bathroom shower did not work properly , even after it was fixed. I still had to wedge the shower for it to function , and the plug did not fit so I could not have a bath.

inconsistent housekeeping disappointing breakfast

the location was great, in a charming back street (i was able to explore the area easily).

The housekeeping was a bit inconsistent. Our bath wasn't cleaned upon arrival, and i had to request it. my room wasn't serviced one day, and certain items weren't refilled other days. breakfast was the same every day, nothing tasted particularly fresh. I found it disappointing.
