The breakfast was far from ideal. it seemed the staff was still learning their roles. A bit underprepared for the morning rush. also, the soundproofing left much to be desired. I heard corridor noises very early. it disturbed my sleep quite a bit.

Our room was quite spacious, providing ample space for relaxation. the minibar contents, replenished daily, were a nice touch.. it had water, fizzy drinks, and biscuits. the staff helped arrange a trip to etna. I found this very helpful. the pool area was great.

i found the shower leaked a little. there seemed to be a shortage of parking spaces, too. i didn't receive any assistance from reception regarding this.
