spacious room, great breakfast

spacious room comfy bed breakfast buffet

The room felt very spacious and the bed was comfy with soft towels provided, especially for the pool (those are always a plus, aren't they?). there were enough sunbeds for everyone and the area was relaxing before my flight. breakfast was plentiful. The buffet on the terrace was quite lovely. i took advantage of the proximity of a good restaurant for a lovely meal.

i found that, while the staff tried their best, there were communication issues stemming from a lack of english proficiency among some members.

mixed feelings about my stay

underprepared staff lacking soundproofing

The breakfast was far from ideal. it seemed the staff was still learning their roles. A bit underprepared for the morning rush. also, the soundproofing left much to be desired. I heard corridor noises very early. it disturbed my sleep quite a bit.

Our room was quite spacious, providing ample space for relaxation. the minibar contents, replenished daily, were a nice touch.. it had water, fizzy drinks, and biscuits. the staff helped arrange a trip to etna. I found this very helpful. the pool area was great.

i found the shower leaked a little. there seemed to be a shortage of parking spaces, too. i didn't receive any assistance from reception regarding this.
