perfect location, great experience

i found the hotel very conveniently located near the metro station. several cafes and shops were within easy walking distance, a true bonus. the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast selection was abundant. the staff members were very friendly and helpful at all times .

i noticed a little dust in the room upon arrival, especially near the windows.

breakfast included several options, both cold and hot items were available. fresh pastries and fruit were restocked regularly in the dining area. coffee and tea were accessible throughout breakfast hours, which i found practical.

the reception staff offered quick help with directions. they stored luggage before check-in and after check-out. staff consistently addressed requests with a smile, a true mark of great hospitality.

Really good Service and Convenient Location!

The staff were friendly and helpful. I received a warm welcome from a Lebanese receptionist who offered me a choice of two rooms. This ensured I was happy with my accommodation. Room service was prompt and efficient. They called me immediately once my delayed luggage arrived.

The soundproofing was poor. I could hear every noise throughout the night even with ear plugs.

Upon arrival, i found the room i booked was a double instead of a twin. staff offered bedding so i could separate the beds myself. This was unacceptable. i did not receive assistance with correcting this error.
