service delays inadequate insulation

i was not satisfied with several aspects of the service. i often had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for assistance, even when the staff were not particularly busy.. on multiple occasions, requests for simple items like extra towels were delayed. additionally, the noise insulation was inadequate.
