The premier suite had excellent views! it included a useful microwave. the staff were very kind and friendly. the hotel benefits from a central location. Malls, restaurants, and fast food options are accessible nearby.

The shower produced brown water. The pipes were rusting.

Breakfast included many options for drinks and food. I enjoyed the malay and international choices. The location is near a shopping mall and some hawker stalls. I found drinking water available, and staff refilled it daily.

My room lacked space to put toiletries. This was a little bothersome.

i stayed five nights and found the service excellent. the room was spacious, with a comfortable mattress (a huge plus for my back!). the buffet breakfast was also great (especially the nasi lemak!). for parking, i was pleased to park close to the entrance.

the gym facility ceilings were peeling and bits fell onto the carpet, so it needed vacuuming. i hope they fix it soon.
