I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the beach. It allowed for quick and easy access! the breakfast buffet offered a good selection of items to choose from. i found the staff to be friendly and accommodating .

fresh towels local dishes
my superior twin room was clean. the daily cleaning service ensured fresh towels were always available (a big plus for beachgoers!). the breakfast buffet offered many options. i particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and local dishes available each morning.
the window in my room had a sign indicating it should not be opened, which limited fresh air circulation.

comfortable bedding good service
the location is great. I found the housekeeping service to be good, with all bed linens and towels changed every day. The bedding was very comfortable.
the hotel is somewhat dated and could use modernizing. The pool is basic and has limited space for sunbathing.

strategic location beach access sufficient choices
I found the location to be convenient near many duty free shops. The beach access directly behind the hotel was a major plus. Nightly beach strolls felt safe and enjoyable. The breakfast was adequate with sufficient choices.

The hotel is located right by the beach and dataran is next to the resort. Many eateries are located nearby , made dining out very easy. This location offered convenient access to local attractions and amenities.

Housekeeping provided mineral water bottles and soap daily which was very helpful. The pool was a nice addition for a quick swim. The hotel also offers customer service via whatsapp responding quickly to queries making communication easy.
