the swimming pool was good for families. towel service was available near the pool. the hotel is centrally located close to the main street.

some noise from the nearby street reached my room.

I was delighted by the complimentary drinks upon arrival! the anniversary dinner arranged was touching, with a chef who creates magic with salmon. every staff member showed genuine care, our celebration felt special and creating lovely memories. the entire team. Their attention to detail shined throughout!

the tv channels sometimes had interruptions, a minor inconvenience, but honestly, it didn't overshadow the overall amazing experience.

The hotel staff were very friendly. I also appreciated the quick and friendly check-in upon my arrival. I got a welcome drink of my choice, including a cocktail. Before entering, the room was sprayed for mosquitoes, which I found thoughtful..

The room I received had no view. It only faced another concrete balcony. I found animal feces on my balcony that wasn't cleaned at all . The bedsheets were also not changed during that time. I also heard noises coming from the neighboring room because it was a connecting room.

the location was perfect. i could easily walk to many restaurants nearby, so convenient. the beach was a short walk north, it was quieter there. the pool was beautiful and the fitness center was really great

breakfast did not have many varieties. everyday felt almost the same. housekeeping often forgot to refill necessary items. i had to call the front desk to ask

my room was spacious. i had a large room. it was also very clean. the hotel location was perfect. i could easily walk to the beach and local shops. the pool area looked nice, and the staff seemed helpful. the hotel is very close to restaurants.

my room had no real view. it mostly looked out at another concrete balcony. i noticed some animal droppings on my balcony. the droppings stayed there during my entire five night stay. also the bedsheets were not changed . a bad smell came from the drains at night. it often woke me up.

Charming Stay Near Cenang Walk

quick check-in ample parking clean room convenient location

The check-in was quick and easy, I appreciated that. Parking was ample for my car. My room was clean, and the mini bar was fully stocked, I liked that it was so neat. I found the hotel's location convenient for shopping and dining at Cenang Walk. It made evenings enjoyable.

The television channels were not very consistent and sometimes stopped working. This was slightly annoying.
