my room was spacious. i had a large room. it was also very clean. the hotel location was perfect. i could easily walk to the beach and local shops. the pool area looked nice, and the staff seemed helpful. the hotel is very close to restaurants.

my room had no real view. it mostly looked out at another concrete balcony. i noticed some animal droppings on my balcony. the droppings stayed there during my entire five night stay. also the bedsheets were not changed . a bad smell came from the drains at night. it often woke me up.

Charming Stay Near Cenang Walk

The check-in was quick and easy, I appreciated that. Parking was ample for my car. My room was clean, and the mini bar was fully stocked, I liked that it was so neat. I found the hotel's location convenient for shopping and dining at Cenang Walk. It made evenings enjoyable.

The television channels were not very consistent and sometimes stopped working. This was slightly annoying.

The staff was very attentive. They quickly responded to my family's needs, which I appreciated. They ensured a smooth and pleasant experience. It was a welcome touch!

The swimming pool was large, and my kids enjoyed it. The Kids Room had many amenities. Adults appreciated welcome drinks from the pool bar. The gym had modern equipment.

The buffet breakfast had an acceptable spread of food. I tasted their Lobster Nasi Lemak. More cheese choices would enhance the breakfast, though everything was fresh.
