admirable family trip

i stayed for seven nights and appreciated the festive atmosphere. i especially liked the large, decorated christmas tree in the lobby, it added a special touch for my family. having free splash out water park tickets set a fun tone for the entire week. the resort felt grand and cute, a comfortable retreat after activities.
The air conditioning did not function completely effectively. Some minor adjustments would improve comfort levels, it would improve the experience

The check-in staff was quick. they responded fast to requests. the staffs were helpful . They answered all my questions with patience and expertise, it helped a lot.

My room had ample space. it had a view of the sea and the pool. the room was clean. It had everything i needed for a relaxing stay with enough comfort, i really enjoyed it.

the hotel has a private beach, it is well maintained. there is a water park. i also enjoyed the beach bar and the pool area. it's an enjoyable and lovely experience with my family!

The hotel is near the maha tower and eagle square. it is in walking distance to the waterpark. the location provided a calmer experience. It was perfect for a quiet holiday with many sightseeing spots.

Solid stay with a few minor hiccups

I had a great room upgrade. I was first put in a Loft Double that had a great view of the garden and ocean from the balcony. Work needed to be done in that room, so i was moved to a Garden Suite. It was spacious with modern amenities, a huge bathroom, cable tv with netflix and a terrace that led to the garden, swimming pool, and bar. I appreciated the room change and enjoyed all the new offerings.

Staff managed the lobby well and the pool bar provided really good service. Staff members were polite and friendly and went the extra mile. They ensured i had everything i needed.

The bar serves reasonably priced drinks with a sea view. The available cocktails, beer, and wine were quite good. Seating is available near the bar to relax.

The bed was okay and included bedside tables and powerpoints. A kettle and a wardrobe are present in the room. Cable tv with netflix and a terrace are available.

The hotel is within a short drive to the Jetty, Eagle's Square, and Legenda Park. There are many 24-hour marts and restaurants nearby, that is practical. The location is strategic.

The hotel has a good pool with shaded seating and a bar. Palm-tree shaded sandy areas near the water provided a wonderful spot to sit. The garden is perfect.

the pool bar was open until late. i found that very convenient. the breakfast buffet had a good variety and tasted good. the room was spacious and had ample space.
My room had a musty odor. i noticed mold in the shower. the air conditioning unit was quite noisy. It made it hard to sleep. towels looked a bit worn.
