I found the staff helpful. The check-in process was efficient, and the front desk offered great recommendations for nearby restaurants. My room was immaculate. Its spacious layout and tasteful decor were highlights. Comfortable bedding ensured I had a restful night's sleep.
I found that the hotel was not able to provide some invoices at check-out, which caused a small delay.

The beds were comfortable. A pillow menu provided several options. The room included a good range of toiletries and all functionalities were controlled through an ipad. The emaar mall connected to the hotel offers shopping and dining.
I found the policy of only providing two water bottles per day somewhat limiting for families.

The breakfast selection was excellent. There was a wide variety. the room had an ipad controller for lights and amenities. It was very convenient. but the shower filter was also a great addition. It ensured clean water.
I found the reception staff unresponsive. when i mentioned opened tea bags, they only offered replacement. there was no apology for the opened items. It felt unprofessional. the manager was not available.
