great location lounge area great beds small room weak ac limited space

The location is great, it makes accessing the surrounding areas easy! i had dinner nearby. I ended the evening in the lounge! it was nice. the beds were great too.

the room was really small, barely any space for luggage! the ac didn't really work, it felt hot during the night. these issues impacted my comfort a bit.

poor soundproofing faulty safe

My stay had a couple of issues. The soundproofing was not good. I could hear noise from nearby rooms, hard to relax. The in-room safe was also out of order. It took a while for someone to fix it! I was not happy about this delay. These details need attention.

this spot in europe is tops! i enjoyed my room alot. the finishes were superb, felt so current. i was happy the shower had dual heads and hot water was instant!

okay, i gotta say it, it got really warm. they told me it was just a air circulator, not ac. opening the window shut off the fan! i sweated for two nights straight, so not amazing.
