The Budget 'Quatro' features 2 double beds and a sitting area that converts to a sofa bed, accommodating up to six persons. This room has a kitchenette with dishes and cooking utensils. All room types offer enough cupboards to store the luggage. Bathrooms are on the lower floor and have a bathtub with shower, a hair dryer, and a make-up mirror.

Dining at Matterhorn Restaurant

Restaurant Matterhorn offers classic Swiss specialties, as well as Italian and other international dishes. A carefully stocked wine cellar rounds off your meal and provides culinary highlights. Theme evenings featuring a menu are available every day during the winter and summer seasons. Guests can choose à la carte from the current menu. Vegetarian dishes, children's menus, and gluten-free meals are available. Inform the service staff of any diets or allergies.

Leisure Facilities

Guests can use the spa facilities of the Alpen Resort Hotel, including a wellness area with a pool landscape, dream shower, ice pool and relaxation rooms. The spa center has a heated adventure pool, a hot tub, a steam bath and a sauna. A fitness room is available with a treadmill, crosstrainer, bicycle, ergometer rower, dumbbells (1-10 kg), allrounder strength tower, and yoga mats. To arrive by car, drive to Täsch, five km from Zermatt, and use parking facilities. Taxi companies provide transport to the entrance of Zermatt. To arrive by train, there are daily train connections from surrounding airports to the Zermatt terminus from 6:00 am until around midnight.
