spacious room and great breakfast

spacious room modern facilities gluten free bread

the room was big, with plenty of space. modern facilities exist. the bathroom was also really big. breakfast included gluten free bread.

The dry and steam sauna was already off at 9pm. I expected to use it, but i could not.

The room was very large. It has a luxury bathroom with lavish toiletries. i did not have to pack any toiletries for my stay. privacy could improve with a door to the steps leading to the bathroom.

Breakfast was decent. Dinner and lunch options are available at the restaurants. they can provide a packed breakfast if you leave before 7:00 am. I just mentioned my requirements at reception! the breakfast was amazing.

i could use all the spa facilities of the alpen spa & resort. spa and gym facilities are great. the pool is beautiful, the jacuzzi is warm, and sauna and steam rooms exist! a car and taxi to the station is possible.

the hotel arranged a car to drop me off at the station. staff let me use all spa facilities of the alpen spa & resort. i could ask the front desk about the train and cable car rides.

lack of soundproofing long waits

The breakfast was satisfactory , but nothing EXCITING.

i found the lack of soundproofing between rooms disappointing. i could hear conversations and other noises from adjacent rooms , which disrupted my sleep. also , the limited elevator access often resulted in long waits , especially during peak hours. THIS really affected my ability to get to the spa and other facilities quickly.
