central location quiet room metro access
The location is great. It is near the people's park metro station and major sites. the room was spacious and very quiet. i had requested it during reservation. i found the location to be kind of in the middle of the whole nanjing road.
i arrived early after a long flight and could not check in which i understand. i was not offered a drink or shown any of the facilities however. our passports were taken, passed back, and i was told to come back at 2pm.

inconsistent experience with air quality issues
dry air poor ventilation
the staff was helpful, that i can say. they helped me get a taxi when i needed it.
The air in my room felt really dry. It made breathing uncomfortable. i woke up every night with a sore throat. i think they need to fix there ventilation.
