The location provided easy access to the river area. A short walk put me right on the riverbank.

The room showed its age. The timber floor looked quite worn, clearly needing some attention and i could hear the air conditioning all night.

poor english room issue

the staff's poor english proficiency was a problem. i needed assistance and had difficulty getting my needs across. it took two days to find someone who understood my request about a small issue in the room. the staff seemed willing to help but struggled with communication past basic interactions.

bund views high cleanliness river-facing room

the location offers bund views and access to transportation. the cleanliness was very high and the room decor stood out. i received an upgrade to a river-facing room with excellent views of the bund and the pudong area.

the air conditioning in the rooms can be a bit noisy.

the room featured an interior design that was spacious , including a comfortable bed , and a clean bathroom. i found the rooms to be big enough , comfortable and had terry slippers.
