The property is near Yunomachi Gallery Sanpomichi (0.3 km), Moriminashihachiman Shrine (0.5 km), and Gero Onsen Gasshomura (1 km). It is 100 km from Nagoya. Shuttle buses run from Gero Station in accordance with the Wide View Hida's arrival times. There is free shuttle service at the property. A bus departing daily from in front of Nagoya Station operates for one round trip. The ryokan is a 3-minute walk from Onsen Museum and 6 minutes by foot from Onsenji Temple.
