I found the staff friendly and helpful. They spoke great English. The room was spacious with fast internet! and effective air conditioning. I enjoyed the view from the balcony a lot, the pool offered a refreshing way to cool off. I think this hotel offers great value.

Diana and Valeria at reception were very good to help. They provided useful maps and suggestions for places to visit. They allowed us to leave our belongings and use the pool after checkout. We really appreciated their knowledge and willingness to assist.

The on-site restaurant provided Mexican cuisine in the morning and sushi later. Breakfast there proved to be a real treat . The food tasted delicious. The restaurant had a relaxed atmosphere. It made mornings very pleasant.

i really loved the swimming pool and the beautiful garden area it was so relaxing. the on-site restaurant had delicious food and was a great bonus. the rooms were big and very practical with comfortable beds i slept great every night.

the lack of elevators became an issue since i was on a higher floor with heavy luggage i would have appreciated an elevator.

the room advertised parking but that was incorrect i had to find street parking it was quite busy i found the staff unhelpful when i asked about it also the room wasn't quiet there was significant street noise i had a hard time sleeping the room had some mildew i changed to a better room.

the staff were helpful they assisted with directions and recommendations. the rooms were super clean i appreciated the great attention to detail. the location was convenient with easy access to local shops and restaurants. the on-site restaurant had excellent gyozas and sushi it transformed into a sushi restaurant in the evening i enjoyed it.

the air conditioning was a bit loud it made it slightly difficult to sleep comfortably i had to use earplugs
